Basic Rules
AEX Events has some basic rules. But each event will have more specific rules though, as each field has different requirements. Please check on each event's section for more defines rules.
Basic AEX Events Rules:
- Have Fun!
- Full face masks required for under 18 year olds (Check on specifc game age limits)
- 400 fps limit for AEGs (20' engagement distance)
- 550 fps limit for Sniper rifles.- (100' engagement distance. Limited sniper slots available)
- Rockets have a 20' kill radius from point of impact
- Grenades have a 10' kill radius
- NO Blind firing!

Refund Policy
If you have made a reservation and are unable to attend the game, a refund will be given in accordance with the following conditions:
Private games require a minimum number of players. If your fees are needed in order to meet this minimum requirement then the fee will not be refunded. (For example: if the minimum number of players is 20 and exactly 20 people reserve a spot, anyone who is unable to attend will forfeit their fees to ensure that the game will go on as scheduled.)
- All refunds must be claimed and retrieved before the next scheduled game, subject to condition 1.
- Refunds can be rolled forward to a future game as long as "prior notice" is received, subject to conditions 1 and 2.
- If "prior notice" is received by 5 PM on the day before a game, a $25 refund will be given, subject to conditions 1 and 2.
- If "last minute notice" is received after 5 PM on the day before a game, a $20 refund will be given, subject to conditions 1 and 2.
- No refunds for no-shows, you must give notice that you will not be able to attend the game to receive a refund.
