Event News Submission Rules

1. All event news needs to be submitted in plain text (no complex formatting) or coded in html.   See below example for required information and submission examples.
2. Any event images need to be hosted by yourself on your publicly available website.  If you don’t have access to your own web server, photobucket.com and imageshack.com are free web image hosting solutions.  Please provide the HTML code for the banner image (it should look like this photobucket example -  http://i670.photobucket.com/albums/vv69/AEXGAMES/Example/aex-events-example01.jpg)  If you don’t have access to your own web server, photobucket.com and imageshack.com are free web image hosting solutions.)
3. We would appreciate that you add a reciproical link to your game announcements, event or team website, etc.  Our web banners can be found here:

4. Plese feel free to contact us, to submit your event info to our event's site, or if you have any questions.

Event Submission Example:

Website: (Op website or link to wherever the op detail information is posted)

Event Description:  (This is where you can add descriptive text and/or more html code for additional images)

Event Description:   This is where you can add descriptive text and more pictures.  Again pictures need to be hosted by you.
