- The WAIVER is REQUIRED for all first-time customers purchasing guns from us and may only be filled out by an adult 18 or over or by a parent/legal guardian. Please read it carefully. Waiver is NOT necessary for parts and accessories orders or if we already have a waiver on file in your customer account.
- We will not ship ANY gun order without having a completed WAIVER on file.
- Please download the WAIVER, print, complete the form with your actual signature, and send back to us via fax (fax# 206-339-7888), email (clearly scanned or digitally photographed image of signed waiver), or by mail.
- Once we have confirmed receipt of your WAIVER,it is noted in your online customer account file and you will not need to send it in again for future gun orders.

PLACING YOUR ORDER - Please use our shopping cart to calculate your order total. The shopping cart can estimate your shipping costs before you are ready check out based on your zip code with the “ESTIMATE SHIPPING” button.
- Once you are satisfied with your order, click “CHECK OUT”.
- If you have an existing account, LOG IN per the instructions on screen or create a new account. Make sure to enter your credit card’s billing address only, not the shipping address for your order.
- In Step 1 (DELIVERY INFORMATION) of the shopping cart, choose your shipping method. Here, you can change your shipping address if it is different from the billing address you originally entered. You can also enter optional specific instructions or notes on your order here for us.
- Complete your purchase as instructed by the shopping cart
- NOTE: Stock parts from upgrades are returned upon request. If you do not request them at the time of order, they will not be provided. Stock parts from AE Max gun conversions are NOT available for return.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER STATUS For up-to-date status information of your order, log in to your online account. Orders require usually 1 day but can take up to 4 days to review, process, and ship. Although we are constantly updating our website with new products and for stock availability status, the product listings are not always accurate on our website. All orders go through a manual review by our customer service department for stock availability and product compatibility before we charge your order. If certain items are out of stock, we will split your order and backorder the out of stock items. We only charge for what we are able to ship. There is no additional shipping charge for split backorders of your original order. NOTE: We strive for 100% accuracy in immediate order fulfillment. However, there are sometimes minor inventory errors that delay accurate order processing. We update your online order status as quickly as we can and apologize in advance if this causes you any inconvenience. Upon shipment, your order status will be updated appropriately to “SHIPPED” and the tracking number is provided online. To track your package, go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com depending on which shipping method you chose. Order status definitions: PENDING – your order has been received and is awaiting review and processing PROCESSING – your order has been reviewed and is awaiting upgrade completion or shipping PACKAGING – your order is being packaged for UPS shipping PACKAGING USPS – your order is being packaged for USPS shipping (this shipping method is reserved for APO/FPO and PO Box mailing addresses) SHIPPED – your order has been shipped and tracking number is provided. (Note: APO/FPO shipments do not have a tracking number. The numbers provided is the USPS insurance number) CANCELLED – your order has been cancelled BACKORDERED – your order or a portion of your order is backordered due to it being out of stock. The backorder will be charged and shipped when the product(s) is available again unless you contact us with instructions to do otherwise (i.e. cancel backorder, substitute item(s), etc) UPDATE – there is an issue with your order that prevents it from being shipped immediately. Details of your order’s problem will be provided to you via email or if you sign in to your online account. We require your timely response or we will automatically cancel your order in 30 days. PENDING WAIVER – you ordered a gun and we require receipt of the signed waiver before we can continue processing your order (see WAIVER section).
