The TAR 21 (Tavor Assault Rifle 21st Century) is a bullpup design which allows a soldier to have a weapon with a full rifle sized barrel in a carbine length system. This is the new modern assault rifle that the Isreali Defense Forces have adpoted as their standard issue weapon. Chambered in 5.56 x 45mm, the real TAR21 is a select fire, magazine fed carbine that delivers superb performance.
