The Classic Army EC2 Skirmish Rifle has been updated for 2018 with a digital trigger system that allows the user to select from 5 different shooting modes. Utilizing Classic Army€™s nylon fiber allows for a lighter weight platform while ensuring playable durability in a cost efficient package.
The EC2 Skirmish Rifle features a high rate of fire along with a 300rd high capacity magazine so you can put more BBs on target faster than you can count. It also features a quad picatinny rail system for attachments of lights, lasers, or bipod. A pair of rail covers and a vertical forward grip are included. Front and rear flip up sights are included with plenty of rail space for you to mount a scope. The quick change spring feature allows you to change the power of the gun quickly and easily (upgrade spring not included) so you€™re ready for all environments and ranges of play.
Internally, the gun has a 9mm bushing gearbox, 6.03mm tightbore barrel, and a quick change spring system. This gun is lipo battery ready right out of the box. It will shoot 330-350 fps using 0.20g BBs and 750-800 rpm using a 9.6V battery. It has a quick change spring system so that you can quickly and easily upgrade or downgrade your spring to change the power level.
The EC2 features an all-new digital fire control system called the ECS, or Electronic Control System. It protects the trigger contacts from overheating, detects when your battery voltage is too low and cuts off electricity to the gun, and stops the gun from firing when the motor overheats. The coolest aspect of the ECS is the ability to program the gun to fire in 5 different shooting modes -- including 3 round and 5 round burst €“ right from the trigger.
