If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of your order for a Return Authorization.
Returns are not accepted for consumable products such as gas and bb’s and for internal upgrade and repair parts such as springs and gearsets. No returns on ANY Blow Out, Clearance, or Special Sale items. All sales are FINAL on these items.
Except as expressly stated above, no other warranties are applicable, and no other damages will be recoverable from AIRSOFT EXTREME™
In order to receive a refund for any returnable product, the product must be returned to AIRSOFT EXTREME™ in excellent condition and in its original state, unused and with all original boxes and packaging intact, and all manuals (if applicable) complete of any product manufactured, sold or distributed by AIRSOFT EXTREME™
Any accepted returns will be refunded in full, less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Product return shipping costs are not covered under our warranty or return policy.

Our Customer Service Dept will assign you an RA (Return Authorization) reference number.
Download our Warranty Return Authorization Form, fill out thoroughly INCLUDING the required RA number, and include the completed form with your shipment to us. Please read it carefully.
RETURNS WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION REFERENCE NUMBERS MAY BE REJECTED OR SUBJECT TO A HIGHER RESTOCKING FEE.
