All Ronin models feature modular upper receivers. You canswap full upper receivers with any AEG 2.5 or AEG 3 rifle. For example, a player can put the Ronin Recon ML (MLOK-compatible) upper receiver on the Ronin PDW lower receiver and enjoy an aggressive front end with a tanker-stylestock. Note that combining an AEG 3 Ronin upper receiver with an AEG 2.5 lower receiver would cancel out the recoil feature of the AEG 3.
