Shipping & Returns
All orders placed by 2 pm PST will be shipped out the same day, if the item is in stock. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day. Items not in stock will be Back Ordered (see below).
All Express orders (3 day, 2 day or Overnight) by 1 pm PST will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day.
International orders require special handling and will take additional time to fulfill. Please contact us so that we can ensure your local customs requirements are met.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after Friday, 2 pm PST or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Due to the increasing rate of package theft, all Airsoft Extreme orders are shipped with a tracking number, insurance, and signature required. In the case of an airsoft gun, an adult signature is required. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package on the delivery date. You may contact us to waive the signature requirement at the time of the order. If you elect to waive the signature requirement, you absolve Airsoft Extreme of all responsibilities and liabilities for the package once it departs Airsoft Extreme.
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order may no longer be modified or altered in any way (including changes to the method or timing of shipment).
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email to request a refund or allow us to place the item on Back Order. Once an item is on Back Order, we will make an effort to obtain the item from the vendor or distributor in a timely manner. Should we deem it not obtainable in a reasonable amount of time, we will promptly notify you and offer you a full refund. Shipping costs of Back Ordered items will be assumed by Airsoft Extreme.
From time to time, Airsoft Extreme may elect at its own discretion to change your chosen method of shipping in order to 1) meet your desired shipping speed or 2) meet the shipping costs you paid. If you reside at a PO Box, APO or FPO address, Airsoft Extreme may elect at its own discretion to change your chosen method of shipping in order to facilitate delivery to that address.
Airsoft Extreme uses third party carriers such as Fedex, UPS, and US Postal Service to handle its domestic and international package deliveries. All responsibilities and liabilities by Airsoft Extreme associated with your purchase ends once the third party carrier receives your package. Airsoft Extreme does not guarantee the performance of these carriers and is not responsible for late shipments or other factors out of its control. Should your package arrive damaged or become lost, Airsoft Extreme will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier for the value of your purchase. Once the claim is approved, Airsoft Extreme will replace your purchase or refund you for the value of your purchase, including shipping costs. Claims may take 7-14 days to process with the carriers, depending on the carrier and circumstances. Please note that upon delivery to your premises, such as a doorstep, porch, patio, apartment manager's office, or any other location deemed to be your property, you assume full responsibility for your purchase.
Products sold by Airsoft Extreme are subject to Allowed and Non-allowed return polices. Non-allowed return products include the following:
- Any type of gas propellant such as green gas or CO2
- Any type of BB projectile
- Any internal replacement part(s) that have been removed from the packaging and installed including gearbox parts, gas gun parts, internal barrels and associated parts, or any other parts that are installed inside the body/receiver of an airsoft gun.
- Any Final Sale, Closeout, or Special Sale products
Allowed product returns must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in original packaging with all original accessories and be in new, functioning condition. Defective products will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if available. Please read your owner’s manual carefully. Airsoft Extreme does not provide a warranty on products without a manufacturer’s warranty, unless explicitly stated. Warranties are not available for any Special Sale or Closeout products. Items received free or as part of a package sale may not be returned individually unless the entire package is returned at the discounted or package price.
To return an Allowed return product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Upon receipt of the item, Airsoft Extreme will inspect the product for acceptability under it's Return conditions. If the item is accepted, Airsoft Extreme will refund the price of the product less 15%. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. If the item is not accepted for return, Airsoft Extreme will ship the product back to you at our expense.
Defective products subject to a manufacturer's warranty must be handled under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Please read the terms carefully and follow their procedures. For defective products not subject to a manufacturer's warranty, please contact us at email@example.com. We will email you a shipping return label. Upon receipt of the item, we will either repair or replace the defective item at our discretion and at our expense. If the item is deemed fully functional, we will ship the item back to you.
