Manufactured in-house by PolarStar from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, the unit focuses on improving consistency, alignment, and air seal stability across high-performance builds. Its combined rotary and TDC adjustment system allows precise hop tuning while maintaining stable vertical pressure on the bucking. Hybrid TDC / Rotary Adjustment System: The Hop-Up Thing combines a rotary adjustment dial with a Top Dead Center (TDC) pressure arm. This system applies vertical pressure directly downward onto the nub and bucking, helping maintain consistent backspin while reducing lateral shift that can occur in traditional slider-style designs.

Precision CNC Machining: The chamber body is machined from 6061 aluminum to tight tolerances. This construction helps maintain consistent alignment between the gearbox nozzle, bucking, and inner barrel, which supports more stable air seal performance and repeatable shot behavior.

Vertical Nub Pressure Design: The TDC arm applies controlled downward pressure directly over the contact patch. This helps ensure uniform BB backspin, contributing to stable flight paths and predictable trajectory when properly adjusted.

Modular Fitment Design: The chamber uses a replaceable gearbox lip system designed to support proper nozzle alignment within the hop-up interface. PolarStar designed the platform with modular expansion in mind, allowing future optional accessories to further tune feeding and alignment.
