G&G PCC45 Battery Installation Guide
Good day, fellow airsofters! Have you ever picked up a new airsoft gun, had everything explained in-store… and then completely blanked once you got home? Don’t worry—you’re not alone. Today, we’ll walk you through how to install a battery in the G&G PCC45, along with our recommended battery for the best performance and fit. (See Picture 1 & Picture 2)

Recommended Battery
The battery we’ve found works best is the IPower 11.1v 1100mAh LiPo. It delivers a snappy trigger response and provides enough capacity to get you through about half a day of gameplay.
Pro Tip: Pick up two batteries to keep yourself running all day.
Step 1: Locate the Handguard Release Lever
Start by locating the release lever on the bottom of the handguard. (See Picture 3)

Step 2: Release the Handguard
Pull the lever down and away from the handguard. Don’t worry about the secondary locking lever hanging freely—it’s supposed to move. (See Picture 4 & Picture 5)

Step 3: Remove the Handguard
Once the lever is fully disengaged, pull the handguard forward to remove it from the upper receiver. (See Picture 6 & Picture 7)

Step 4: Install the Battery
Insert the battery into the battery tray. Proper wire management is key here—arranging the wires neatly will make reinstalling the handguard much easier. (See Picture 8)

Step 5: Reinstall the Handguard
Slide the handguard back onto the upper receiver. As it approaches the barrel nut, align the hanging lever with the release lever. (See Picture 9)

While pushing the handguard into place, begin moving the release lever back into its original position. (See Picture 10)

Once fully seated, press the release lever flat against the handguard to lock everything in place. (See Picture 11)

Final Thoughts
And that’s it—you’re ready to get back out on the field and into the action. We hope this quick refresher helps you get your PCC45 up and running without any hassle. Take care, play safe, and most importantly—have fun!
